The Lead Chef position at a very well established, remote fly in, Alaska fishing lodge is now available. The right individual will help us continue our reputation as one of the very best destinations in all of Alaska by providing a high quality culinary experience for our camp guests.

The position would require:

  • The ability to organize season menus in advance
  • The ability to cook for 36 guests per day- breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
  • A broad culinary skill set including baking
  • Great people skills
  • A hardworking self-starter

Housing is provided as well as meals while employed. Pay to be determined the candidate’s experience plus tips.

Our season runs from approximately June 10th through July 17th.  The lodge has a very low employee turnover rate and provides a fun, pleasant, and professional work environment. The lodge is a family owned and operated facility with 12 employee’s peak season.
