Due to the limited capacity of our lodge, the remote nature of our operation, and the difficulty of rebooking canceled reservations, all deposits are earned upon receipt and are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, travel disruptions, illness, weather, mechanical delays, or any other reason beyond the control of Alaska King Salmon Adventures.
As a courtesy, and solely at the discretion of Alaska King Salmon Adventures, deposits may be transferred to another available trip date within the same or a future season. Any transfer is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. A transfer does not constitute a refund and may be subject to applicable rate increases or pricing differences.
The remaining balance (50% of the total trip cost) is refundable only if written notice of cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to the scheduled trip departure date. If cancellation is made 60 days or less before the scheduled trip, all payments made, including the remaining balance, are non-refundable.
No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, missed fishing days, unused services, weather, airline delays or cancellations, medical emergencies, government actions, acts of God, or any other circumstance beyond the control of Alaska King Salmon Adventures.
Any refund approved by Alaska King Salmon Adventures will be issued within a commercially reasonable time and will be subject to a $100 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
By submitting a deposit or any payment, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
